If you are experiencing rejected emails, your address may be on the AppFolio blacklist. Email addresses land on the AppFolio blacklist when messages sent from donotreply@appfolio.com are marked as spam from within your email client. To resolve the issue, follow these steps:
- Add donotreply@appfolio.com to your email contact list
- Unmark any email messages from AppFolio from the spam/junk filter
- Do not mark any AppFolio emails as spam in the future
